Where is my order?
You can find the latest delivery updates on your order status page. We’ll show you the current status of your order there, including whether it is still being prepared, has been shipped, or is already on its way. If tracking information is available, you’ll also find it there.
How do I return my product?
You can register your return through your order status page. After registration, you’ll receive the return instructions and can send your product back to us. Our Returns & Repairs team will then review your returned product and keep you updated on the progress.
When will I get my money back?
If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will issue your refund immediately. If you return your product to cancel your order, our Returns & Repairs team will first review the returned product. Once your return has been approved, we will issue the refund. Our finance department then has up to 5 working days to approve it. After approval, we transfer the amount right away.
