On this page you'll find everything you need to know about Gomibo's delivery times. Once you place an order, we'll keep you updated on the shipping status of your package. You can also check the status via your personal account.

The delivery time of your order

The estimated delivery time is specified for every device on our website. This will change when you select a different country. After you have placed an order, the delivery time stated in your order status page always applies. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code from us to track your package.

To most countries we do not ship orders during the weekend. If you order on Saturday or Sunday, we will ship your package on Monday. In exceptional cases, the delivery time of a package may be longer than expected. This can happen if there is a problem with the parcel service, or if the device is not available due to high demand. In this case, we will keep you updated via email and on your order status page.

  • What are the delivery times for the holidays?

    Before you place your order, you will find the current estimated delivery time on the product page of the relevant product. After you have placed an order, the delivery time in your account applies. Around the holidays, the delivery times shown will be adjusted to the delivery times that delivery services use. Due to the workload of the delivery services around the holidays, the delivery of your package may be delayed by 1 or 2 days.

  • Can your customer service team give me the most recent status update of my order?

    The current status of your order is always available on your order status page. This status will be updated in real time. Our customer service team has the same information available, which means that we are unable to tell you more than you can see on your order status page.

  • What does the delivery time on the website mean?

    Every product page on our website specifies an estimated delivery status. Below, you'll find a brief description of the different statuses.

    24 hours / In stock: The product is currently in stock.
    2-4 business days: Our supplier has the product in stock. We can deliver the product to you within 2 to 4 business days.
    5-7 business days: Our supplier has the product in stock. We can deliver the product to you within 5 to 7 business days.
    X number of weeks: The product has a longer delivery time, but a new delivery is expected. The estimated delivery time may change as we are dependent on the supplier.
    Temporarily sold out: The product is currently sold out, but will be back in stock soon. The exact delivery time is still unknown and can vary from 1 business day to a few weeks. We are dependent on the supplier for this.
    Temporarily unavailable The product is currently temporarily unavailable. Our customer service doesn't know when this product will be available again. We recommend that you make another choice.
    No longer available: The product is not available at the moment. We don't expect to stock the product in the future again.
    Pre-order: The product is not yet available, but you can order it already. You will then be among the first to receive the product. Check the description on the product page for the first expected delivery date.
    Future: The product is not available yet; we expect to start the pre-order period soon. Enter your email address on the product page to receive a notification as soon as the product is available.
